Innovative Construction

These bags are crafted by sealing two layers of transparent plastic sheets made from extruded multi-layer film materials – PE (polyethylene) and PA (polyamide/nylon). The nylon layer adds strength and flexibility, ensuring that the expanding air doesn’t compromise the integrity of the plastic layer during inflation.

Pre-sealed shapes are available for commonly stored products, making the packaging process even more streamlined. Just inflate using the one-way valve, trim any excess material, and your item is securely cushioned. For high-volume packing environments, we recommend using compressed air to speed up the process, although this equipment is not provided by us.
